It is with a very heavy heart I send our condolences to the Massaro Family. I was fortunate enough to work with and become friends with Vincent when he first came to SCPD. We worked together for several years and I don' remember a more trustworthy and dependable fellow officer. Vincent will always have a special place in our hearts and his memory will be cherished forever. Rest In Peace My Friend.
