DeLeonardis, Theresa of Farmingdale on June 27th, 2017. Devoted wife of the late John. Loving mother of Frances Simonetti (Robert), Julia, and Paula Smith (Frank). Cherished grandmother of Christina (Albert), Tracey (Mark), and Therese (Jarryd). Devoted great grandmother of Amberly, John, Brenden, Stone, Aubrey, Jackson, Kennedy, and Quinn. The family will receive friends Thursday 7-9:30 and Friday 2-4 & 7-9:30 at the McCourt and Trudden Funeral Home, Inc. 385 Main Street, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass Saturday 10am at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery
