JACOB, Carol Ann – of Farmingdale on May 13, 2018. Beloved wife of 54 years to Frederick. Loving mother of Dr. Mary Curran (John) and Dawn Conboy. Beloved Nana of Megan, Caroline, Emily, Erin, Eric and Ella. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-5 & 7-9:30pm at the McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home Inc. 385 Main St. Farmingdale, NY 11735.
