Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Vincent Massaro can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: LOUIS RUBSAM RET. DET SCPD
Condolence: It is with a very heavy heart I send our condolences to the Massaro Family. I was fortunate enough to work with and become friends with Vincent when he first came to SCPD. We worked together for several years and I don' remember a more trustworthy and dependable fellow officer. Vincent will always have a special place in our hearts and his memory will be cherished forever. Rest In Peace My Friend.

Condolence From: John Newman
Condolence: I knew Vinny from when I first started in the 3rd Pct. in 1983 until I retired in 2011. We spent many times together both on and off duty and I got to know his son also when we went canoeing. He was a terrific guy and I never heard anyone speak badly of him. We had a lot of good times together in the 4th Pct for over 20 years. It seems like yesterday when we all gathered for his walkout. We'll all miss you Vinny!
