Vincenza Lunghi, born in Ripi, Italy, on May 16, 1925, joined her beloved husband, Ruggiero Lunghi in heaven on June 5, 2023. She leaves behind her 2 loving sons, Michael and Frank Lunghi, daughter-in-law Tina and her one, and only grandchild Sabrina. She was a strong, independent woman who gave her heart out to all. She treasured cooking all meals, no matter the time of day, and or occasion. She loved growing vegetables in her garden (especially tomatoes and celery). On a hot day, she would go out in the yard grab a ripe tomato from a plant split it open and put a little bit of salt on it, and would just eat it. She will always be remembered for her honesty, her words of wisdom, her Italian sayings, and her beautiful smile that would lighten up the room at any given point. She will be missed dearly.
