Cherished Grandmother to Jennifer, Peter (Erin), Roy Jr. (Cassandra), Kaitlin (Adam),
Robert and Gary (Julia)
Step Grandmother to Matthew and Ryan.
Beloved Great Grandmother to Willa, Arlo, Juliette, Abbey, Troy, Natalie, Frederick and
Amy.
Step Great Grandmother to Bridgette and AJ.
Marjorie had a very full life.
She was a chorus member at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Farmingdale.
In 1968 Marjorie was sworn in as a member of the Oyster Bay Zoning Board of Appeals
and retired after 26 years in 1994. She also obtained her Real Estate license and
worked for Erin Realty in Farmingdale.
In 1973, she was honored as Chairman of the Heart Association Fund Drive and for 17
years as the Executive Secretary of the Farmingdale Republican Club and President of
the Women’s Division as well as 3rd Vice President of the Parent Organization.
Marjorie was always involved in charitable and civic endeavors.
She was renowned for her cake decorating skills; creating wedding, birthday and
special occasion cakes for family and friends, and her love of the occasional couple of
glasses of champagne.
She is loved by family and friends and will be deeply missed
