Costello - John Patrick, 63, of Farmingdale, New York, passed suddenly on February 9, 2021. A devoted husband, loving father and beacon of kindness to all.
He was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Rosemary, and his brother Edward. He is survived by his wife Bernadette and his children Alex, Emily and Jessica. Mass of Christian burial 10 a.m. on February 18 at St. Martin of Tours in Bethpage. Interment to follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
