Loving father of Patrick (Andrea), Rosemary, Maureen Linder (Bill), James Jr. (Theresa), Pamela Miller (Glenn), Kevin (Kathy), and Brendan. Cherished grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Eileen Rosenthal and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Proud member of the NYPD where he served as a Detective in the Rockaways. Family will receive friends Thursday 2-4pm & 7-9:30pm at the McCourt and Trudden Funeral Home Inc. 385 Main St. Farmingdale.
