Proud U.S. Army Viet Nam Veteran. Member of the American Legion, AMVets, and Knights of Columbus. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Teresa Collins and brother Michael. Frank was a long-time employee of NY Telephone Company/Verizon. He loved baseball and was a long-suffering fan of the NY Mets and NY Jets. A wonderful husband, father, grandpa, brother, and uncle.
