WWII veteran; loving husband of Kathryn for 71yrs; proud father of Joanne (Norman), Jeannie, Glenn, and Kim (Bob); loving grandfather of Rick (Melissa), Joe (Crystal), Daniel, Benjamin, Thomas, James, Michael, Geena, Lisa, Laura; great grandfather of Rick Jr, Audrei, Deirdre, Thomas, Samantha. Daniel grew up during the depression and met Kathryn while working with her father servicing elevators. He was drafted at age 18 and served in the Blue Devils in North Africa and Italy. Daniel and Kathryn married in 1948 and resided in Queens. After the birth of their second child, they moved to Farmingdale where they resided for over 50 yrs. Daniel was a kind, humble, considerate man who loved his family more than anything.
